3. Don't trust your feelings, instead set your mind on what's true. You just can't place confidence in your feelings because the emotions tell you lies really badly during the course of a season of deep depression. And depression can sometimes cause you to experience anxiety attacks or they might have you in the bed a great bit of the time. Realize that feelings only react to the things we are setting the mind on. So, set your mind and depend on the fact that you are truly a cherished person who is simply refusing to stay depressed. Don't permit the sadness of depression to mess up your life. You can certainly recuperate.
