There is numerous bible verses anxiety. These imply those biblical readings that address worry. Besides, several biblical readings explain the ways through which such states can be overcome.

Anxiety means a feeling or sensation that all things are quite unsettled. It can present itself in form of worry concerning a looming incident or circumstances. You can also be worried or get greatly concerned and so become fearful. This emotion, whatever it is, rests in your mind then later begins to control you and your life when it remains unchecked. Nobody would like to remain in such state. However, one can very easily to fall in it.

According to scriptures, the state of worry can be a product of different causes as well as reasons. For instance, Revelation which is the last book in the bible describes the great Day of Judgment as well as the last coming of Jesus. Therefore, this causes restlessness because of being not sure about the destiny of human soul.

Matthew 6:31-34 provides another source of fear. It is evident that inability to be aware of what to eat or drink the next day can be troubling. Moreover, one may also be worried about what to dress and the place to stay in.

In Luke 22:22-23, Christ informs His followers that they are not to be worried of anything. He gives the example of scoffs that never harvest or sow anything. Moreover, they do not have storehouses but still God provides them with everything they need. Lastly, He questions them if a person can prolong his lifespan by even an hour by being anxious. This implies that you should not be worried of anything. In stead, they should always hope in God their provider.

Prophet Isaiah also becomes afraid when he is sent to proclaim the good news to his people. He becomes anxious. Therefore, God, in Isaiah 41:10 encourages him not to be anxious of anything. This is because God promises to be with him always. Therefore, delivery from the state of anxiety can not be achieved by human power but by the power of Jehovah.

In Deuteronomy 31:6, Almighty God told Israelites to remain courageous and strong. He did so because they were surrounded by their enemies. Therefore, they had become worried about their protection. For that reason, Yahweh promised to always protect and lead them in all their ways. This He did for He wanted to set them free from anxiety and comfort them.

Gospel of John 14:1 also provides more details about fretfulness. Here, the followers of Jesus were worried because He was going to leave them soon. Jesus then encouraged them to have their hearts relaxed and be in peace because he would prepare a residence for them in paradise. Furthermore, he promised them that there were many rooms to accommodate all of them in heaven.

Philippians 4:6-7 asks Christians not to be worried of anything. They should always offer all their desires to God by prayers and thanks. This leads to reestablishment of peace of God within their hearts as well as their minds. Therefore, the bible verses anxiety provides solutions to all types of fear.
