Life is full of so many concerns, most of which stem from the absence of control and certainty over the future. Christian anxiety quotes, bible verses and inspirational messages are geared towards helping believers minimize worry in their lives. The bible says in Philippians 4:6-7 that you should not worry about anything, but in prayer and supplication you should make your request known to your Father in Heaven, who in turn will give you Peace and guard your mind and heart in Jesus Christ.

It is important to mention that Christians are human beings; hence they too get affected with anxiety disorder. Some people assume that believers are too strong to be bogged down by worry and a disorder that emanates from it. But if a Christian can catch a cold, develop a heart condition, or even die, certainly they can as well suffer from any form of emotional instability.

The good news is that religion is one of the most powerful tools when it comes to overcoming, this and many other life problems. Most people would often turn to God at their point of stress and when feelings of anger are too much to bear. To many people, it is often a valuable tool that gives them strength against the disorder, and religion and strong faith in God becomes a primary source through which they get to cope with life's situations.

For starters, you should take an initiative beyond prayers to seek strength from the Lord. Simply praying that the Lord should relief you off your burden isn't truly living within the plans of God. It is through belief that you are able to overcome worry, and strength of that belief is what allows you to be less fearful.

In other words, while prayers will make you feel better, God is known to reward personal effort. Because anxiety is not something that God can simply wash off your life, you need to put in an extra effort at a personal level, through the strength gained from prayers.

You should further strengthen your relationship with God by attending church more often. Going to church is a constant reminder of your special relationship with your maker. It isn't simply about ensuring you put your acts in order so you get to heaven. It is also about ensuring you are reminded of your faith and belief on a regular basis. This way, you will be able to fortify the relationship on a daily basis.

Last but not least, you have to keep your body holy as the sanctuary of the Most High God as He had purposed in your life. This can be as simple as exercising and eating a well balanced diet. Exercise is known to control and curb worry and anxiety, add to that the many great health benefits of exercise, and you will be well on your way to a healthier, fitter, you. This is one of the best Christian anxiety disorder paths you could ever take.
